Satellite Tax in North Dakota???

Anyone out there know whether there is a tax on Satellite service (Dish) in North Dakota?????? If so what is the tax rate?

Trying to decide if I should leave my billing & service address in Colorado (no tax) or move it when I move to ND!!!!

North Dakota's sales tax rate is 5 percent.

There is no tax on satellite service in ND.
However you are charged a tax on any leased equipment on your account
