I just caught that 'title' under my username today and although I don't go to church every Sunday, I feel a bit funny with that. I know, I know, it's just a word -- not sure why it should bother me.

What are the various titles ? I think I can override it, yes ?

god (over 10K)

along with the staff member, pub member and supporting pub member

I think only pub members can change their "title"...but I'm sure if you are uncomfortable with the title and want it changed I am sure Scott or another admin can change it

I noticed the change when I hit 10K posts.
Certainly not a title I would have put in the system.

Might I suggest: Satellite Master

If I could change my own title, it would be more whimsical and not so pompous.

I'd never noticed it, so it's obviously not a huge deal, but I would be happy to see it changed to some other clever title. I wouldn't want that under my name.

First thing I thought of when I read that is, not everyone may post in the satellite-related forums. One person that comes to mind could appropriately be called "News-reposter master".
