Satmeter

Hi Guys,
I have a satmeter from Channel Master ,its a satmeter 2 and i made
a dataset that included Hughesnet 91,99,87,89,166,113 after i rebooted the meter comes on but doesn't work right...
Thus anyone have any experience with these meter to give me some
assistance on clearing the memory because it doesn't accept any programing now ...when i try to programm now it saya ERROR....

Its a satmeter that you use to locate satellites and identify
them.....
