SBC DISH?

I was listening to the Cotton Bowl on the radio today, and at halftime a Cotton Bowl rep was talking about how excited he was to be bringing college football to the masses. He said something about new sports programming by way of SBC Dish. I had read something on this board about Dish Network being acquired by SBC. Kinda makes me think that something is in the works.

No, SBC didn't acquire DISH, but they worked out a marketing agreement where SBC can kind of private label DISH service and handle all the customer service an billing for the customers who sign up through them.
