Schedule is corrupt?

I am having problems with a VIP722 and what appears to be a corrupted schedule. Any time we try to modify timers or display the schedule the live video preview window will hang and then it reboots. The machine is recording the timers, usually, we just cannot manage them.

Suggestions on what to do?

Reboot is the party line.

I should have mentioned that we have done the remove power for 15 seconds and started it again. It fixed a few things, but not everything. We can see the timers after rebooting, but cannot change them.

If the schedule is corrupt, it should be re-downloaded after a power plug reboot. Maybe let is set for 1/2 hour or more before replugging.

Copy recordings to EHD, copy timers to your remote (if capable) and call DIsh for a replacement receiver.

Try a switch check. Once the check is completed fresh guide date will be downloaded into the receiver.
