Sci HD and HMC HD showing up Red...question

I am an AT250 subscriber along with Dishhd (not ultimate). I just noticed that I was supposed to get Hallmark Movie Channel HD (I get the SD version) and Sci HD (get the SD version of this one too). They are both showing up as red in my guide. Also, the HMC did not map down to 187 as does the other HD channels. Is there anything I can do to fix this or am I going to have to call Dish?

There is no need for duplicate posts on the same subject. Try rebooting your receiver, if that does not work, try csr roulette.

yep- rebooting should do the trick. I had the Weather Channel, of all things in red last week. Rebooting got it back.
