Scrambled or Bad channel - Help

Folks, I have a PANSAT 2500A DSR receiver, I have configured it to receive signal from Echostar6,8 and 7. Very frequently, I get the message as "Scrambled or Bad channel" on some of the channels. I do have good signal strength on these channels. Can any one help me in going past this ? Any help would be appreciated.
