Screen goes black

Was watching a recorded program yesterday on HWS...........& everything went completely black.........no video, no sound nothing. I think I pressed the guide button & got everything back...........but then it happened later on watching live tv

My system was only installed a couple of months ago.......any ideas

The first thing to do is to unplug the HWS, let it rest for 30 seconds and then plug it back in. The hard boot often fixes things.....
