Screen reverts to a screen saver if not watching TV for just a few minutes

Just had Dish installed yesterday.
Wife was watching a show and left the room for a few minutes. When she returned, the screen had gone to what I call a screen saver (landscape scene with time & Temp). Is this a function that can be disabled and if so, how to do it. This the Dish Hopper 3 with Hopper Plus. Saw nothing on the Options screen to modify/disable.

On the home screen go to settings icon in top right corner, then go to device preferences then to screen saver.
