Screwed up satellite remappings from DISH

Another post called attention to the huge amount of uplink changes today for Alaska and Hawaii.
Apparently, not all of them went as planned.
Here on Maui, tried watching the Islanders / Sabres game on 574 (No HD of course). Guide shows that the game should be on 574. But when I tuned in, the splash screen was talking about an AMC channel. No programing just a splash screen.
Called DISH support and mentioned that their remappings today seem to have missed this game.
While on the phone, the splash screen changed to "No Need To Call Us, this is temporarily unavailable".
I told the CSR I pay over a hundred dollars a year for this programming and until it's resolved, I am going to ask for a credit on my bill. At that point, the phone call was dropped.
I've been a DISH customer for 15 years here in Hawaii and several more years in Oregon.
Not very pleased with the response.
