Ok i keep seeing this HD:Normal, Stretch and so on. I know what that does but what has me stumped is the SD:Normal i know how to switch to it but i see no difference. I would really like to see the SD Channels in Full 4:6 and the HD in wide screen i was wondering if that is what it was for. Can anyone help me out here?

The SD button affects the output of the SD ports: composite and s-video. You need to switch the video source on the TV to see the results.

If you have it on RF (didn't test composite/S-video) you only get "normal 4:3" on SD channels. Zoom would only be useful on SD letterboxed like some Sci-Fi.
