I found the attached document from Sea Launch (dated June 11) - I don't remember if it was previously posted or not - but opened this thread as a place to keep all such updates and info:

On July 8th Sea Launch authorized to resume launches as early as September (although October is first date scheduled.

"On July 8, the Sea Launch consortium authorized the resumption of launches from its sea-based Odyssey platform," Chvanov said.

Guess the recovery efforts are complete - the Odessey has returned to home port in preparation for the Return to Flight.
