SEC Asks D* and E* to Verify Sub Counts

I am getting reports that the SEC sent similar requests to many telecommunications firm. I am sure this was cause by the Verizon situation. If I get more solid info I will report it----and others should feel free to post it as well.

I would expect negative fallout throughout the sector.

After a shaky opening both stocks seem to be inching higher. I guess we will see how this develops.
