sending my 922 back

lol well i guess im sending my 922 back. i have tried everything i can think of but my pointer is frozen and will not move so i cant do anything to work the 922 so i will call them tommorrow and see if they can send me another one

Try to remove batteries for a minute and unplug 922 for same time.

Anytime my pointer freezes up I just take the batteries out and pop them back in. That usually fixes it. If it is still froze up, I hit the reset button. I'm not sure if getting a new 922 will solve the problem, but I've been wrong many times before.

Have you gone through the process to un-link and re-link the remotes?
