RTS (Serbian) is broadcasting FTA on tp21 12020 V 30000 3/4

RTL (Croatian) is in the clear for now but looks to be encrypted on same tp
 
RTL has been showing a preview loop since they put it on last week. Since it's listed as encrypted on Lyngsat with the provider listed as the update source, it'll probably be encrypted when it starts real programming, whenever that is.
 
Yeah, 12120 is where it's showing up for me.
