hello, i had a dish hopper and a Hisense Roku TV put in for my elderly inlaw and when i power up the devices the Roku app page comes up instead of dishnetwork like my tvs.
i have to maneuver to the HDMI 1 app and click it to get dishnetwork. my inlaw is just getting confused since now she has to use 2 remotes and that is too much for her to understand. is there a way to change settings so when i power them up it goes right to HDMI 1(dishnetwork). the dish remote is programmed to power up the tv and dish at the same time.
can this be done? the tech didn't know and just said it the way Roku tv's work.
