Severe & Frequent Macro-Blocking on Encore HD & Starz HD

I posted this in the Technical forum also, but hardly anyone reads that forum so I'm posting here to see who else has seen the same problem.

Starting around last Friday, I see it every time we tune in the Encore HD channel, Channel #9595 or 340. Signal strength is 60 to 65 (about as good as it gets on this 1000.2 system).

This channel is shown to be on Transponder 19 on the 110 Sat.

I've run check switch with no problems reported.

In checking other HD channels that are supposedly on transponder 19 on Sat 110 (152, 239, 351, and 352), the only other one on which I see the same problem is 352, a Starz HD movie channel.

Anyone else seeing this problem?

I see it on my end also. I was watching the Arnoldthon this weekend on Encore and it was doing it.

This issue does seem to be limited to the Western Arc.
