Shaw Direct in Southern US since 2018

Shaw made some changes a couple of years ago and I have not been able to pull in a picture since then. Do you have any information as to how to circumvent the problems?

I have all the new parts - 75e dish, the Quad LNB, and 830 receiver.

There are a couple of discussions about people having trouble south of the 40th parallel.

The transition to new satellites is doing some significant harm to those south of that line.
