If was within 60 days it is covered under warranty. That's different then the initial trouble call. Also, is it possible that trimming the trees gave more LOS for the 2nd tech to be able to hit? The times they arrive, I wouldn't hold against any tech. It's all based on the job they had previous. If it runs over, it runs over. No way to guess that's gonna happen.

Was not better line of site. It was not even close but I was not going to argue with a guy who wanted to get out of there. The tech that fixed it was not happy with the tech that bolted but stopped short of calling him a problem tech.

If he raised the elevation though. It's a possibility, that it did have some LOS issues

It's possible it needed to be tweaked. It's possible that it was not as good as it should have been. It's possible a bird was in the way. What for sure? It's fixed. Peace
