Shows that are not playing on Dish On Demand

I downloaded some Dish On Demand shows to watch. Well 3 of them are listed as Known Universe (different episodes)from Nat Geo. Well both of them have nothing within them. They act like they are playing but all that is there is black video. They will play the correct time but all that is there is black. Have watched 2 other shows and they were both fine. It's just the Known Universe shows that are bad.

Try a hard reset or delete and download them a second time. One method or the other should make them viewable.

Don't think so it's just this particular set of shows all the rest work just fine. So I have contact one of the DIRT team to let them know of the problem. Maryb has reported it now to the engineers.
