I have a DPP eye on my satellie. And i cant keep it on the highest signal. How can i make it stay on the highest signal and get all of our channels
 
Is there a problem with viewing the programming you are paying for or are you just wadded up in a numbers game?

If you're experiencing a lot of interesting weather (hail, thunderstorms, torrential rains), there may not be much that you can do.
