Signal booster

Due to my geographical location my signal is around 50. Can I increase it with an in-line satellite signal booster? or Should I change my DP 34 to a DP 44?

Really need a lot more information about your system. What dish/how many and what model receivers/how long is the cable runs from dish to each receiver? General answer is probably no unless you have long cable runs, and your signal meter hasn't been modified.
