signal strength on 61.5 CONUS transponders

I've been seeing a lot of stuttering and breakups on some of my HD channels for a while now. It finally occurred to me to check the signal strength. Some of the CONUS transponders on 61.5 are coming in a lot lower than the rest. I have a reading of 41 on transponder 32 and only 33 on transponder 19, for instance. Is this low enough to cause problems? It's cloudy but not stormy today. And are these weaker for everyone, or should I have my dish re-pointed? I don't have any transponders coming in higher than 66 on 61.5 and most of them are lower. On 110 and 119, most of them are at least 70.

They should be in the 60 - 70 range, your dish needs just a tweak.

Or you could have some wet connections. That is usually the reason for your problem. Transponder 19 is a very weak transponder and 32 not real strong.
