Can I share a line so i can have directv and basic cable hooked up to my tv? I dont want to have to run another line if at all possable

THANKS .

Yes. You can couple the lines using a diplexer. So on one end you combine basic analog cable and directv and on the other end, split them back up again. You can find them at your local Radio Shack or other electronics provider (you need 2). Just remember you cant do this if you have the 5 LNB dish. It does not stack signals because of the Ka spectrum I believe. So you need separate lines. If you have a basic dish, then stacking the signals on one line should be fine.
