Since upgrade 622 screen will go blank but with sound

Since 612 update I sometimes get a blank screen with sound. Sometimes if I wait long enough it will recover but it may take 10-15 minutes. The only solution is to do a hard reboot.

I have run a check switch and also have no errors on info screen. I was told by tech support that because I had a drifting lnb on 61.5 this would cause the problem. Well yesterday they replaced the lnb which fixed the drift but I still have this problem.

Any suggestions before I call Tech back?

Try just turning the receiver off and then back on, works on mine.

Power switch

The power switch does not work once the system freezes. On the system in the den this works but not the older one.

I had the same problem, called E* 3 times, no help, next time I called I told them that the HDMI output stopped working, they sent me another box, problem solved.
