Sirius Radio in a 2008 Ford Sport trac

Any one having problems with a factory installed radio staying connected to Sirius.It is in a 2008 Ford Sport Trac. I called Sirius when it was down and they could not get it to connect. I am going to call a dealership as the last resort.
