Sling Adapter and OTA channels?

Evidently OTA channels don't work through Sling Adapter although they all show remotely on my guide?

Just hooked the Sling Adapter up last night- cool technology- so far so good- other than some remote bandwidth issues which aren't the fault of Sling.

No doubt you have a 722 as I do. The 722 firmware prohibits TV2 from accessing the OTA tuner directly. (This is fixed with the 722k MT2 module). You will note that your TV2 output guide does not include any of the yellow OTA channels. This prevents us from watching OTA stations live, or even scheduling a recording off the OTA tuner, from TV2.

Note, however, using DRA that you can schedule a recording and then start watching the recording via the Sling Adapter.

Yep- 722. Hopefully a firmware update to resolve this some day "soon....."

think the OTA TV2 issue on 722 is a hardware thing?
