Sling Adapter for the 722

I am really confused on the cost for this thing as I have gotten 3 different answers from dish. They all agreed that the thing was $99 . When i asked about activation or monthly fees one told me there was a $4 monthly fee. Then another rep told me no monthly fee but a one time activation fee of $39.95. The last said no other fees other that the $99. I just dont get it LOL. Anyone have the real skinny on this?

There is no monthly fee for this product. The google box has a $4 monthly fee, and the 922 costs an extra $4 monthly (over the 722) as well.
