I have a slingadapter connected to the VIP 722.
I am currently watching through the dishanywhere.com site
However, I have experienced audio sync issues on the HD or Auto stream quality mode, while watching internally on my home network with over 8mbps streaming. I have tried this on 3 different machines with minimum dual core processors, 6gb ram and dedicated video cards. in those 2 stream modes, the audio gets choppy and out-of-sync with the video after a few minutes of streaming after I change the channels through the channel guide. I have to close the chrome, IE or Mozilla browser, re-login and try again each time this happens.
The audio issues do not exist in "better" mode but the quality is not the best.

I was wondering if there are people who have been successfully able to connect the slingadapter through standalone client software?

the machines i tried this on where
1. HTPC - athlon x2, 6gb ddr2 ram, 1gb ddr3 video card, win7 64bit
2. Home desktop ; intel core 2 quad, 6gb ddr2, 512mb ddr2 video card, win7 64bit
3. home laptop: intel core i7, 8gb ram, 1gb video card, win7 64bit.

I can't even access the stream through any browser today. It says "the sling plugin has crashed." Tried it on Chrome, Mozilla and IE. Something appears to be wrong with Sling today!
