Slingbox + iPad/iPhone + Wifi: What kind of bitrate are you getting?

I'm using a VIP 722k with my iPad 2 (and iPhone 4S) on my home wifi network.

However, when I'm using Dish Remote Access (on my iPad 2) to watch videos from my DVR, it's only showing around 2100 Kbps. (I'm using 802.11g but that's still capable of 54 Mbps...)

Is this normal?

When I play on my PC I get much, much higher bitrate...

I get from 1900Kbps to 2200Kbps on my i-Pad.

Same here...on iphone over wi-fi its abt 2000 - 2200kbps. Dont know why...but on iphone at that rate..the picture looks very good.
