Slingbox mobile rebate

I can't find any info on how to get this rebate. According to Scott, there is a one-time rebate for Dish Network customers who purchase the mobile software. I called the Dish tech's and no surprise there, but they're not aware of it. They recommended I call Slingmedia and well, once again, no surprise, but they don't have an 800 number.

They just gave a credit on my Dish bill. I actually bought the sling software for the iPhone long before the 922 came out. They gave me the credit on this months bill. It must trigger when you use it on the 922.
