Smart Card Problem

My 722k started having a pop up window that says: Your Smart card does not currently have authorization to order or view this program. Please wait or move channel up or down. It happens so fast I can hardly read what it says. It only pops up while watching something from My Recordings, not during live TV. I did a receiver hard reset but still getting it. This is not happening on my other DVRs. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Thanks for your help.

I had the same thing happen last night.
 
I had the same thing happen last night.

I have called Dish twice. Both times they did a hit and then I did a hard reboot and then point dish. I don't know what they will do next time if it happens again. I hope just send me a new smart card, but no telling. I am holding off ordering a 922 till this problem is squared away.
