Smartcard Expiration: Should I be worried

I got a robocall and then a warning popped up on my screen last night about smart card expiration...but I've received no new card. Do I need to be worried or are they late?
 
I got a robocall and then a warning popped up on my screen last night about smart card expiration...but I've received no new card. Do I need to be worried or are they late?

Give Dish a call. I got the message and ignored it thinking the cards were on there way, but the message just kept popping up more and more frequently. I called and they disabled the message and sent the cards. Had them in about 5 days from the call.
