So have all 942 owners that had their Voom taken away been given a 622?

They sent me a letter saying VOOM was going away unless I upgraded. I called and a few days later they showed up with a 622 and 211 - no charge. Only an additional $5/month for the new HD packaage.
 
I own my 942 and haven't looked into switching to a 622 yet. Dish reduced my bill by slightly less than $5.00 for the Voom channels. I guess they prorated it for the extra day(s) that I received Voom during the billing period. Looks like they are on top of things.
