Sofabaton Remotes - Any success with Dish Hopper control?

I previously had a Harmony remote that did a great job in controlling the Hopper. Unfortunately, with Hopper Plus, that failed.

Has anyone had success with any of the other universal remotes? Sofabaton? I know it transmits in IR, but the cheap version I have will not control most of the functions. Could again be a Hopper Plus issue. My setting in DISH is IR turned on.

I'm sure it is a Hopper+ issue. Google wants you to get used to the 54 remotes.
