Software version numbers

[chaddux]

What do some version numbers have a P or an L at the beginning?

[Hall]

Speculation is that the "L" ones are Linux-based operating systems.

[chaddux]

The 522 has a P. Might that stand for Poop-based?

[Mr Tony]

no...that would be a S for S*** based
