Yep. the problems with HD are so bad they have to develop a way to control the issue. Obviously broadcasters doing HD are not having good results, obviously the system itself contains too many flaws! The article is a blatant admission of the failure of the HYBRID DIGITAL system to work the way it was advertised. Wonder how many stockholders in Clear Channel, er...."I heart everything" and Ibiquity feel about THIS expense to try to save the titanic!
