Son of Woody Hayes to be judge on Clarett case

The son of former Ohio State coach Woody Hayes has been assigned as the judge handling the case of suspended Buckeye tailback Maurice Clarett.

Franklin County Municipal Judge Steven B. Hayes will preside over the case. A pretrial hearing is set for October 3rd.

Cases are assigned to judges at random.
