Sony BD Calibration

I was watching stealth last night, one of my 5 free movies. They had a pamplet stating their is a calibration for video and audio on the disc from the main menu you have to type in 7669. I tried this it give me the colored bars, and screen with a whole bunch of writing, then it goes thru the colors one at a time and the last screen is a convergence grid. They do not have any audio explaining what I should be looking for so if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Its a pretty simple offering and most of its just eyeballing. Youll be best served by the BD calibration disc coming soon from DVE.
