Sony Favorites List problem

I haven't been able to figure this out, but for some reason on my Sony D* box (model SAT-B65) I have not been able to add NickToons or the TV Guide channel... (not that I really want to add TV Guide channel)...

When I go into the Favorites Setup, I select Nicktoons to add and check the box, then when I move to the next channel, it unchecks itself, for all four user groups.

Is there something I can do to fix this?

I'm not familiar with the Sony receiver, But is there a way in the menu's to delete all the channel's, then go back and add your favorites? This works for RCA IRD's. Hope that helps.
