Occasionally, WOUC (PBS) channel 44 says: "Sorry for the interruption of service. There is no need to call us. We are aware that this TV station is temporarily unavailable and we will have this channel back as quickly as possible." Music plays during the time. Why is this happening?

issue between Dish and the station getting a signal. I had that happen the other day on my setup too. One local had some issues so that screen popped up. Once the issue was fixed I had my channels back. DIsh (and DIrect who does the same thing) would rather put that up than have say just static or "no signal" on the screen
