SOT: Is the Suddenlink/Viacom dispute STILL going on?!?!

I have seen anything about it being over (hell not much talk of it either) and the last article I found (dated May 27th) said it was going on still. October would mark a year for this dispute.

Now to bring it related to Dish, our deal with Viacom has to be coming up soon yes? This would have to give Dish some leverage in the negotiations as Viacom can't be off two providers at once or their shareholders will start to grumble.

I applaud Suddenlink for taking a stand.

Chances are this will last for a week or two and the channels will return.

Viacom will negotiate the same way as always...furthering their ultimate demise as the entity they think they are.
