I have cancelled my account one week later I got a call form one of Bright House techs and he give me great deal $19.99 for the first 3 month for standard/basic cable and another 3 month for $29.99 did anyone got the same deal?

O and I am not sure If I am the only one In Birmingham on this forum.

Its much cheaper to turn the connection back on to a house that is already wired than it is to find a new customer from scratch.

I know a lot of people pay too much for cable,but when you call they will do thier best to keep you as customer I just can't afford over $40 for standard cable.

i know this much. i need a phone jack in my bedroom when my new phone arrives this month. i called brighthouse yesterday and they told me no charge since i was already a digital phone customer!
