speedtv in HD

New here. I've searched a bit and can't find any fresh info on if/when Dish will have Speedtv in HD. Anyone have any idea?

No you missed nothing, there is no word on when if ever dish will add speed-HD to its line-up.

I'm new to Dish as well and as I understand it, the hold up has something to do with a lawsuit between Dish and Fox Networks regarding FoxNews and the programming tier it appears on. I think that lawsuit has been resolved, but bad blood remains.

As a result, other Fox channels and HD channel upgrades (like Speed and FoxBusiness) are not likely to be online anytime soon. That's according to what I've found on this and other satellite forums...

The suit has not been resolved. It is in "stasis" but it continues. There has been no settlement or ajudication. When there is, that is when you may see any new Fox property in HD on Dish.
