Sports app saying "upgrade" when I want to flip on a game.

So I used to love the little sports scores app on the H3. But as of about a month ago I'd say it doesn't allow to flip on NBA LP (or now MLB Extra Innings) games that I subscribe to. It always says "upgrade" even though if I manually punch the channel number in the games are on. Anyone else have this problem? It used to work fine and then something happen. It was a really cool feature. Should I force an update? If so, how do I do that?
