The deal will come everyone agrees. It's a matter of when. And with the Colorado Avalanche indefinitely off the ice in a league-wide lockout the largest provider of cable television in Colorado appears to be in no hurry to enlist Altitude. October is the pivotal month. The deal is there to be done.
