Those are the AAD HD channels

I see. What happens when a local channel is not broadcast in my area? For instance, I believe FOX is in a transition stage right now (analog broadcast dropped in June). Since it is not being broadcast, does that mean I can have them give me a national FOX?

Just wondering, looking at the spotbeam maps, if I was to move to the grand rapids area, from the detroit area would I be able to pick up grand rapids locals? Just wondering?

I wish one day the laws would change it would be greaat to be able to get locals in other areas! I lived in the Grand Rapids area for a while and would like to be able to catch the local news and such

Look at The List at the top of the page and look for the spotbeam the GR locals are on. Then see if you can get a signal from those spotbeams on your receiver. I live in Kazoo and can not get a signal from the Detroit spotbeams.
