Spotbeam question

I live 40 miles southeast of Phoenix. I'm receiving a spotbeam signal of 15 on sat 119 tr. 3. It's locked in with yellow. Los Angeles is the closest beam to me on this transponder but according to the spotbeam maps I'm not near the edge of the footprint. Is it possible I'm actually receiving the LA spotbeam this far east? I have the Dish 500 aimed at 119,110, and 129.

It may be possible you are getting, but at 15, I don't think you have a high enough signal to continually view any of the channels without a lot of drop outs.
