Sprint's expanding its 4G mobile broadband service—also known as WiMax—quite a bit this year. They intend on making it available to a whopping 120 million people by the end of 2010. The lucky cities to be among the first in the rollout are:

Sprint currently offers 4G service in 27 markets, including Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Las Vegas, Philadelphia, Portland, Ore., San Antonio and Seattle. Remember the data rates are for the tower not the users. It is split among the users. That is why VZ says it expects the average user experience to be 10mbit/sec.
