Can't believe that thousands of years in the Future and after a hundred-plus years of Federation-hostile governments that the Academy is still standing or the Golden Gate Bridge hasn't become a rusty heap of iron.

The miracle of modern protective coatings. There's a reason that the bridge looks like it is painted in red oxide primer.
Maybe it's a "Ship of Theseus" situation: the Golden Gate has existed in a constant state of repair and conservation that even though individual molecules have been replaced over the millennia, it still occupies the same 4D timeline event-space as the original Golden Gate Bridge.

Looks as bad as Discovery to me. Also announced that Stephen Colbert will be joining the cast.

The show has picked someone special for the voice of the morning announcements at Starfleet Academy, Stephen Colbert of CBS' The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Here is the video announcement of Colbert as Starfleet Academy's Digital Dean of Students. He will be "giving daily announcements to the students and alerting them of anything that needs their immediate attention.

Isn't this suppose to be, like Before the Kirk timeline, or even before that ?

Or are they just going to start it Now and put it after whatever the most recent show is, which would forget about everyone that came before them ?

I Hate the Pre quils in most cases ... also dislike Different Timelines.

T.O.S. Stands for The Original Star Trek .... apparently TOS was NOT the First ...

Nope, this is in the post-Discovery in the future timeline. Tilly is one of the instructors, Tiig Nitaro reprises her Discovery role as well.
